Refund Policy

SIGNED ITEMS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE

All sales are final.

 

We do offer two exceptions for shipped purchases.

Your shipped item is damaged in transit.

If you purchase an item from Smodcastle Cinemas and it is damaged during shipping, you may request an exchange, or a refund if it is a one-of-a-kind or out-of-stock item. You must provide at least 2 photographs of the damage. One picture should show the damage to the box or envelope your item/s shipped in and one must show the damage to the actual item/s. You may send these pictures and your request to: info@smodcastlecinemas.com , and someone from the Customer Service team will be in touch with next steps.

You would like to exchange clothing you bought online for a different size.

If you receive your clothing item and would prefer a different size, we will do our best to accommodate you as long as the item is not a one-of-a-kind, signed, or out-of-stock item. If we can make an exchange, you will be responsible for mailing the original item/s back to us in original, like-new condition. Shipping costs to return the original item back to us as well as to re-ship the new item are the buyer's responsibility.

WE DO NOT OFFER COAs

All autographed items that we sell advertised as "Signed by Kevin" are signed by Kevin Smith himself.

Autographed items cannot be returned for a refund.
